How can the RateRix channel on the Roku Player be fixed?

See, I have this amazing channel on the Roku that plays YouTube videos. For a while, it wouldn’t play all the videos. Then we got a new Roku box, wouldn’t play but then started to again. Now…everytime I want to watch a video, a block shows up saying "Unsupported Video format," even though I was able to watch them before! Now for those who have this, what can I do to fix it?

    In you tube there are MP4 formats are available besides FLV format. In most cases MP4 is supported but to play FLV, it will have to be converted to MP4 or other format that supports by your device.
