What are some free channels for my Roku box?

I just got a Roku Box today and I already have a Netflix account and all, but I decided to check out the Channel Store. I would add some channels, but I’m scared I’ll be charged for them. Do you have to pay every channel or are some free? If some cost money, where does it say how much???? :( thanks.

    If it costs money then you can’t add it without paying for it. You can set up your Roku account so that your card on file can’t be charged unless you enter a password too.

    When you click on the channel to add it, the description you read before it adds will tell you if there’s a charge or subscription.

    Most don’t charge anything at all but some of the more serious channels like Amazon or Hulu+ will.

    "Free" means it’s free. "Private" means someone other than Roku or an official Roku supported developer put it out there – most are free. "Premium" means it’s not free.
